Monday Sept 22nd 7pm to 8:30pm *Limited to 7 participants and will take place in the coziness of the yoga studio. Entering this beautiful season of letting go, we will gather to honour the balance between light and dark. Immerse yourself in grounding frequencies that invite reflection, release and renewal while earthly tones guide you inward to align with natures rhythm. 🥣 🎵 Lay back comfortably and take in the harmonious vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes and other sound healing instruments, allowing for a greater balancing of your energetic body and mind. 💲 50 per participant 🧘🏻‍♀️ Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfy clothing. Dressing in layers is recommended as body temps can fluctuate during a sound bath. All yoga mats and props will be provided. ✍️ Policy: No refunds. Rescheduling to a future sound bath is allowed within 24 hours of event.
