🌕 January 2026 FULL MOON CEREMONY & SOUND JOURNEY 🌕 Friday January 2nd, 7pm - 8:30pm *This is a small group Sound Bath that will take place in the yoga studio and is limited to 7 participants. 🌖 The January moon is known as the “Wolf Moon” and when it’s at its peak fullness, we will gather for a ritual to honour this moon. 🌖 There will be a short discussion about this moon’s meanings, and we’ll draw from these energies to help set our intentions. ☕ A cacao ceremony will take place to help open our hearts and foster a greater connection with nature by taking in this plant medicine. 🥣 🎵 A 1-hour Sound Bath will follow, where you’ll lay back comfortably and take in the harmonious vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes and other sound healing instruments, allowing for a greater balancing of your energetic body and mind. 💲 50 per participant 💧 Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfy clothing. Dressing in layers is recommended as body temps can fluctuate during a sound bath. I will provide all yoga mats and props. ✍️ Policy: No refunds. Rescheduling to a future sound bath is allowed within 24 hours of event.
