Friday October 17th 2025 7pm - 8:30pm *Limited to 7 participants in the coziness of the small studio Experience the ultimate relaxation and energetic healing with our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath at The Yoga Yard. Shawna will guide you in this unique experience combining Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Therapy. Take in the harmonious vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes and other sound healing instruments. Thoughtfully chosen tones will enhance each posture, allowing for a greater balancing of your energetic body and mind in this 1.5 hour session. *$50 ** Policy: 24 hrs advance notice is required for rescheduling to future soundbath.
