Dec 13th, 7pm - 8:30pm Experience the ultimate relaxation and energetic healing with our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath at The Yoga Yard. Shawna is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and she will guide you in this unique experience combining Restorative Yoga and Sound Therapy. Take in the harmonious vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes and other sound healing instruments. Thoughtfully chosen tones will enhance each posture, allowing for a greater balancing of your energetic body and mind in this 1.5 hour session. * Please note that this specialty class can be paid in full for $44, or if you have a 5 or 10 class pass, you can pay with 2 passes. The system will automatically deduct one pass, and Shawna will deduct the second pass from your account, on her end. All levels welcome Policy: 24 hours advance notice is required for rescheduling. No refunds.
