On Saturday November 28th, from 1pm - 5pm, 10 bright souls will gather at The Yoga Yard for a day of healing, rest and an abundance of pampering! We will commence & connect with a beautiful opening circle where intentions will be set, shared and secured. YOGA: A luxurious Gentle Yoga practice will follow opening circle, where you be lead through therapeutic stretches, guided awareness, self massage and subtle movements to nourish your body & nervous system. HOLISTIC FACIALS: In a group setting around a large table, each participant will have their own facial station complete with standed mirror, large basin of water, cloths and products etc,. Shawna will guide the group through a multi-step holistic facial using botanically based products, guasha tool (yours to keep!) and more. You will leave with your skin glowing like never before! 20 MIN MASSAGES: RMT Jennifer Zarundy from Rouge Therapy will be here offering each participant a private 20 min neck/shoulder/back massage. This chair massage experience is such an extra special treat to help you release physical tension from the areas we carry it most. Jennifer recommends you wear a tank top underneath your attire in order for her to more easily access your skin for massage. Cost for this massage is included in your registration fee. SOUND JOURNEY: We’ll close our time together with a healing sound journey in The Cinema of Sound as our final energetic recalibration for the day. Emerge strong, clear and ready to show up for the business of the holiday season as our best selves. FOOD/BEVERAGE: Gourmet holiday themed snacks (prepared by Yoga Yard member Biljana Murphy!) will be available throughout the day, as well as water, coffee and herbal tea. $140 Cancellation policy: 72 hours advance notice is required for rescheduling or refund.
