Service Description

Saturday July 27th, 2024 9:30am - 4pm Nourish your soul in a rejuvenating yoga retreat nestled in the embrace of nature. Self-compassion will take centre stage as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner healing. With expert-led yoga sessions, mindfulness, and acceptance practices, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of resilience and inner peace amidst life's challenges. SCHEDULE: 9:30am: Arrive & Welcome Ceremony 10am - 11am: Yoga Flow Class with Shawna 11am - 12pm: Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Session with Nathalie 12pm - 1pm: Nutritious & delicious lunch (healthy snacks also available all day) 1pm - 2pm: Intention Mala Bracelet Making with Shawna 2pm - 3pm: Experiential Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Katie 3pm - 4pm: Restorative Yoga and Sound Journey with Shawna WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, water bottle, an open mind and heart!
