Friday Jan 30th 2026, 7pm - 8:30pm *Limited to 7 participants in the coziness of the small studio Experience the ultimate relaxation and energetic healing with our Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath at The Yoga Yard. Shawna will guide you in this unique experience combining Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Therapy. Take in the harmonious vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, other sound healing instruments and intentional music. Thoughtfully chosen tones will enhance each gentle and supported posture, allowing for a greater balancing of your energetic body and mind in this 1.5 hour session. *$50 ** Policy: 24 hrs advance notice is required for rescheduling to future soundbath.
