Service Description
Join us under the trees at The Yoga Yard, for this all-levels outdoor gentle yoga class lead by Shawna. We'll connect our mind and body as we move and stretch soulfully under the almost-setting sun. An extra-blissful sivasana with live guitar and angelic vocals of Ashley Gilmore, will close our time together beautifully.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
